• HTOM 5508 Trends in Tourism and Hospitality, taught by Anke Foller Carroll to students of the Hospitality and Tourism Operations Management Grad Certificate program
• BUS 1500 Business Information Systems, taught by Hanadi Alnawab to Bachelor of Commerce degree students
